Running SIW 2014 v4.7.0130a Technician's Version

The Adobe license key for CS4 Web Premium is not decoded correctly.
The correct key starts with 1329-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, whereas the key returned by SIW starts with 1359-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.

All of the rest of the key is correct.
