I created a BartPE boot disc with siw.exe and siw.lic files using WIN XP install disc w/SP2 to boot a non-booting laptop.  The laptop will boot-up but I get "cannot install the crash handler, exception error_mod_not_found" when I try to run siw.  The main purpose is to retrieve the product keys to install software on a new hard drive. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
