Hi,
SIW 2019 64-bit v9.3.0707b.
Windows 10 Pro x64, version 1903 (May 2019 Update)
I press Help / SIW on Web / Homepage .. and .. File Explorer is activating..  SIW doesn't go to the homepage at the internet Sad
