Lost my product key

I'm currently testing windows tech preview and had problems with a recent install of win 8.1 and on/with my email program (incredimail)-I had a corrupt backup and now I do not have the email you sent me when I purchased siw-pro setup program. Need that info but I'm not sure what proof u need me to give to get that info. Thank you in advance for your help & time.

Please tell me your order number.
If you don't have it, I can open a support ticket with FastSpring (order processor); they can search by email address.
