get information about email accounts
#1

it would be a "nice to have feature" to get information about the email accounts
in outlook and thunderbird.
for example:
  • email address
  • imap server and port
  • smtp server and port
  • username / password
  • SSL/TLS encryption
  • etc.

Outlook 2010 (and later) and Thunderbird 3.1 (and latter) support autodiscovery/autoconfiguration; email address, user and passwords are required; all other attributes (server, port, type, etc.) are automatically discovered.
