I like to have SIW on my desktop. However, I would like to relocate SIW license file and cfg file to another directory. Tried Remote License to no avail. How can I do this?

Move siw.exe, siw.lic and siw.cfg to another directory.
Create a shortcut to siw.exe on desktop
