Running in Compatibility Mode!

All,

I have one Windows 10 box that always returns "SIW is running in Windows Compatibility Mode!"  When I check the properties of the exe, the Run in compatibility mode is not checked.

Does anyone know how to correct this issue? 

The message is attached.
