I have an Asus M4A77D motherboard.

Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
ACPI x64 Based Computer 8 Gb onboard memory.

AMD Athlon II x3 Processor 3.10 GHz 3 Core

The -5 Volt list the - 12.00 volt line and the
-12 Volt list the -5.00 volt line.

The voltage listed respectivly is: -6.27 volts and -12.22 volts.
The -6.27 volts seems excessive but I'm not familure with modern
standards.

However yours is the only program that even comes close.
Even AMD overdrive list them completely wrong although similar readings!
