SIW reports license keys for uninstalled versions of Adobe Acrobat on some of our computers. I have run the cleanup tools from Adobe's ITTools but they only removed some of the offenders. The licenses that are showing up are for versions 8, 9, X, & XI. I would like to remove these keys but have had no luck finding them in the registry or on the C drive.
Is it possible to find out where SIW is finding these keys?
Thanks for any assistance!
UPDATE: I located the source of the false positives for Acrobat 8 & 9. They were coming from files located at: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD".
I'm still trying to find the source of the false positives for versions 10 & 11. If it makes a difference, all of the computers are running Windows 7 Pro 64bit. These computers got deployed incorrectly and I'm not absolutely certain which keys are the correct ones for some of these computers. It would save a ton of time (and money) if I could find a way to just delete the old or incorrect keys.
Thanks again!
