After running SIW (2010 build 0512) on a computer, the time zone goes missing, showing

"Your current time zone is not recognized. Please select a valid time zone."

I'm guessing this is because SIW uses WMIC that is known to cause this behavior, per

Is there an updated SIW to fix this issue?

Or another recommendation?
