When I run the command line it works fine, but I dont get any of the licenses info back. Any thoughts?

this is the command line im using
C:\siw\psexec.exe -s \\chi-rdorre \\chi-rodorre\siw\siw.exe -log:xml=\\chi-rodorre\siw /silent

I want the report to show everything
