Failed to download new version

When trying to obtain new version process stopped at:TurboActivate:dll
and message read -An error occurred while trying to replace the existing
file.DeleteFile failed: code 5 Access is denied.
Retried with same result and ignoring not recommended.

How to proceed? Thank you. HobbsWill

Close the running SIW, run siwpro-setup.exe as Administrator.
If it doesn't work, manually delete the TurboActivate.dll file from SIW's folder.
