Is there difference in reports using 32Bit or 64Bit SIW EXE

Is there any difference running any SIW report on a Windows 64 Bit Operating System (OS) device but only using the SIW.EXE (32 Bit version of the SIW application)?
Or must I always check OS first and then run appropriate version of SIW EXE - ie the SIW64.exe if it is 64 Bit OS)

siw64 may show more info (Resources, for example) than siw 32 bit.
