I recently saw this message up in windows. 

    

Is this an SIW related setting or a Windows privacy setting?
We would like to disable this. However this is my first time seeing the message.

What location data does SIW collect and why is it reaching out to the internet to do so?

SIW doesn't collect location data; I never saw that message.
Did SIW create a c:\siw_debug.txt file?

We only support the latest version of SIW (the 2022 version is old).
