Passwords not showing

I reinstalled the home pc version after installing a fresh copy of windows 10 pro. 

When i now click on the passwords icon i only see passwords for my google and Hotmail accounts and none of my many site passwords??

Never had this problem before.

Thanks for any ideas why

Installing a fresh copy of Windows deletes all previously saved passwords.
The password synchronization (if enabled) takes time.

Different browsers, different settings.
