SIW 2014 X64 V4.10.1016b crash Windows 8.1

Hello,
Downloaded "SIW 2014 X64 V4.10.1016b", and tried under Windows 8.1.
Using it for a few minutes, it hangs Windows 8.1 and the only way is to power down/up the PC (or use reset button).
