I just downloaded v13.7.0816 64-bit Technician's Version
When I try access the Hardware / System Summary, SIW freezes

This evidently was due to a Garmin watch which was connected via a usb port.  As soon as I unplugged it, SIW unfroze.

The Garmin watch seems to show up as an external drive, and the part of SIW that was having trouble was where it was scanning for drive info.
