I have SIW Technician license.
I mainly use Chrome and Opera browsers but occasionally use IE or Edge.

What exactly should show up in URL Explorer history?
It certainly does not show all the URLs I have visited.
(Neither does, I should say, another URL history program which shows what SIW shows.)

What is supposed to show up here if not a complete history of sites visited?

SIW show last 255 entries from IE History (Ctrl+H in IE).
In-Private browsing mode history is not stored.
