When starting on Windows 7 64 bit, I'm getting "Unexpected error starting data collection. Error code=740". I saw in different message there was a bug when not running with elevated permission but that this was fixed. I'm launching siw from a different app. Is there something I need to do?

My order number is TOP130806-3625-17310 and version is 4.5.0725a Technician's Version.
