I purchased a year of updates but when I click on check for updates it says I have the latest version.

This is a technician version off of a usb stick.

For now I have downloaded the trial version but do not see a way to activate it with my license.

Please tell me your order number and attach a screenshot of "SIW - Check for Updates" screen.
