Hello All,

I've tried 3 different browsers.  I have shut off my Norton. I have added the link to the accepted auto-download and other lists.  Yet each time I initiate the download the file is automatically deleted.  I know the vendor site has changed, but how do I get the latest version to successfully download and stay put?

Hi Gabriel,

It's more of a what than a who. I've disabled, Norton etc., so I'm not sure what service is automatically deleting the executable.
