Invalid Key Format
#1

Try to open siw64.exe dated 7/13/25 and get queried for my name and key. I then copy and past same, and get "Invalid Key Format" Have I missed a key update? My lic file date is 10/14/2013. My renew transaction went through 10/15/24.

We don't keep customer information.
I've asked FastSpring (the order processor) to resubmit your purchase confirmation email with the registration name and key. Please make a backup copy.

GT,
I got the FastSpring purchase confirmation email with the registration name and key & saved a backup copy. I downloaded the most recent SIW *.exe package file, and extracted same to the my SIW folder on my trouble shooter flash drive.
When I run the new siw*.exe I get prompted for name & key which I key in and/or copy and paste from the FastSpring email. That is as far as I get. I can still run my out of date version. See attachments
