v12.4.0817 X64 Technician's Version doesn't start

Hi all,

I can't run the siw x64 application on any Win10 PC. Anyone else with the same issue?

Would you please provide details? Error message, Event Viewer error, etc.

The application doesn't show up at all.
There is no error message appearing. 
It looks like the app is running but without a GUI (see screenshot)

What happens if you kill the existing instance and run siw64.exe again?
Do you have a c:\siw_debug.txt file?

Would you please execute the following steps?
  • kill the running instance
  • open a command prompt
  • run siw64.exe /debug
  • send me the updated c:\siw_debug.txt file
