SIW checks for Windows Updates (operating system updates).
Is it possible that you have "Get updates for other Microsoft Products" selected, and the missing update is for 'other'?

Good day
there are important updates in the window, this can be seen in the screenshot, the settings include updates for all Microsoft products, not only other although installation is prohibited by group policies
but siw checks for updates on the Microsoft website, isn't it ?

SIW doesn't check Microsoft website; it checks the default Windows Update (it can be your WSUS)
SIW uses Windows Update API with criteria "IsInstalled=0 and IsHidden=0". I don't know how it behaves when the installation is prohibited by group policies.

If Windows Update is managed by your organization (WSUS), SIW will show only approved updates.
"Check online for updates from Microsoft Update" option from Windows Update may show other updates.

What is that 1.2 GB update?

I will update SIW to check both WSUS and Windows Update (instead of checking only the default one).
