SIW 2018 v8.1.0227 Technician's Version doesn't work if it is started from a share/network/USB disk or from a folder containing "-" (hyphen) or "," (comma).

What do you mean by "doesn't work"?
Doesn't start? Shows an error message? Provides wrong info?
It works for me when I run it from a share and a folder with hyphen and comma.
C:\windows\system32>"\\dell8700\share\temp\hypen - and coma ,\siw.exe"
