Not sure if this is a bug or not.
SIW 2019 64-bit v9.2.0618 Technician's Version
Hardware / CPU / Virtual Technology showing as disabled when win 10 1903 shows it as enabled.

Win 10 MSINFO

Task manager also shows virtualization as enabled.

At this time status of virtualization based security (core isolation / memory integrity) is off.

I would think CPU Virtual Technology should be shown as SUPPORTED

Please download SIW Debug from https://siw64.com/download/siw-debug-x64.exe, run it, check Hardware -> CPU item, and send me the generated c:\siw_debug.txt file.

It is a bug: SIW doesn't correctly detect Virtualization Support for non-Intel processors.
I will fix it ASAP.
