Attempted to start SIW, got a screen asking for my name and registration number. I entered my name and registration number from my 2018 original order. I get an SIW error of "U". And SIW blanks out. I then tried using my SIW Support forum name with my registration number and got the same, cryptic error msg. And SIW blanks out.

Are you using the latest version of SIW?

I can't tell what version of SIW I'm using, as the software won't let get past asking me for my name and registration number. I've sent you an email with a copy of my last order from FastSpring (from 2019). I'm beginning to wonder if I should uninstall SIW and then reinstall, but I'm afraid the program still won't recognize either my name or my registration.
