SIW64 is super slow

I don't get any errors and it takes minutes for SIW64 to start. Once started it also takes a long time to retrieve data. It's unusable. the 32bit version runs fine.
Please advise.

Would you please add siw64.exe to your antivirus exclusion list?
Would you please download SIW DEBUG, run both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, and send me the generated c:\siw_debug.txt files?
