I need some help figuring out what is going on here.
I'm running Win7x64 OS. I recently changed from freeware SIW to the Tech version (couple of months ago & it did work when first purchased).
SIW has always worked perfectly until today. When I start it up it never displays on the screen. When searching in Task Manager it is not in the application tab, but I can find it in the Processes tab with a session id of 1 and running under my user name.
FYI: I recently purchased the Tech version.

SWREG ORDER NUMBER: U4270156901 on 2012-05-20.
Now this is truly weird. I can open every file around it including a 2010 version of SIW, but Windows Explorer will not open the details dialog for this file. No messages or anything. No messages in the event log either.

I normally run it from Windows Explorer.
Just found another interesting detail. It may be, some how, OS related.
I copied the version on my thumb drive into the same directory on my local hard drive. It runs just fine. It's only this one particular file for some reason. I did do a check disk & it came up fine, without errors. I also did a file compare & both files show identical.
