Rename error when trying to open SIW on ARM

I just updated to 16.09.0628 and when I try to open siw.exe or siw-arm64.exe I get an error that says Warning, Please don't rename siw64.exe [siw-arm64.exe].

I can force siw64.exe to open after accepting the warning about the architecture, but I can't open the arm version; I get that rename error each time.

Can you give me some guidance on how to resolve this?
